Before placing an order, please ensure you are familiar with your local and state laws. If you reside in a jurisdiction that restricts or prohibits the possession of forced-reset triggers or similar rapid-fire devices, you are legally prohibited from purchasing this product. Verification of legality is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping & Order Policies

  • Shipping Restrictions: We only ship to jurisdictions where our products are lawful. Orders shipping to restricted areas will not be fulfilled.
  • Order Review: All orders are subject to compliance screening. We reserve the right to cancel orders, issue refunds, or request additional documentation if legal status is unclear.
  • Delivery Estimates: Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to high volume, carrier issues, or compliance reviews.
  • Refused Deliveries: If an order is returned due to incorrect customer information or legal restrictions, the customer may be subject to restocking fees and the deduction of original shipping costs from any refund.
  • Risk of Loss: Responsibility for loss or damage shifts to the customer once the package is handed off to the carrier.
  • International Shipping: We do not offer shipping outside of the United States.

Due to the nature of our firearm-related components, all sales are considered final unless otherwise authorized in writing.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery . To expedite your request, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Supporting photos.

Resolution (replacement, store credit, or refund) is provided at the sole discretion of Blue Ridge Components.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are ineligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been installed or used.
  • Custom or special-order products.
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper installation.

Important Notes

  • Unauthorized Returns: Packages returned without prior approval will be refused and sent back to the sender.
  • Chargebacks: We encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without prior contact may result in account suspension and permanent blacklisting from future orders.
